The Cast
Eric Benét signed with Warner Brothers Records in 1994, and released his debut album in 1996 entitled "True to Myself". A released single from the album, Let's Stay Together", was featured on the soundtrack of the popular film "It's a Thin Line Between Love and Hate".
He released his second LP in 1999 entitled "A Day in The Life". The albums first single, "Spend My Life With You" featuring R&B singer Tamia, quickly rose to the top of the R&B charts debuting at number one. The single also garnered in a Grammy Award nomination for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group. The album also won a Soul Train Award for Best R&B Album.
Benét most recent album was released in 2008, entitled "Love & Life". The first single " You're The Only One" received massive airplay and came in at number one on the Hot Adult R&B charts.
Benét has overcome many tragedies, but ironically he still remains grounded and consistent in releasing "Feel Good" music.
