Anitra Thomas, born and raised in Wichita, KS, moved to New York city to pursue an acting career. After studying acting, she performed in some indie short films, and off off Broadway plays.

Not wanting to just wait around for the right acting opportunity, Anitra decided to MAKE her own opportunity's by starting her own production company "Charvick Productions".

"Paper Or Plastic" is her first short filmed produced, which she also star's in. "Charvick Productions" goal is to work with a diverse group of filmmakers domestically and internationally to produce quality work, with an emphasis of showing minorities in diverse roles.

Charvick Productions is currently in pre-production for a short film, with many more projects in varies stages of production.
