Brandy (1/2 oz)
Irish cream (1/2 oz)
Before you begin, pour 2 counts chocolate syrup into your balloon cognac glass. Slowly rotate your glass 360 degrees, making sure the syrup coats the inner walls. In an ice-filled cocktail mixer, pour ½ oz brandy, ½ oz Irish cream (for depth and color), and a splash of coconut puree. Shake thoroughly until fully chilled. Pour mix (with ice*) into chocolate coated glass. Garnish with a stick of cinnamon, and 1-2 shakes of cinnamon powder as a final touch. Smooth, baby.
*This mix can be served over ice or blended.
