Flotus Michelle Obama celebrates first Children's Inaugural Concert with performances by Usher, Katy Perry and more.

(Washington, D.C.) First Lady Michelle Obama celebrated the presidential inauguration with a bang---literally and figuratively. The fashion forward FLOTUS took to the stage of the Washington Convention Center with a new hairdo, hosting a special inaugural children's concert that celebrated military families, a cause that has been her platform for the past four years her husband, President Barack Obama, has been in office.

Joined by her daughters, Sasha and Malia; and Jill Biden, wife of Vice President Joe Biden; Mrs. Obama addressed the packed house before Katy Perry and Usher performed high energy sets.

This year's concert celebrated Barack Obama's presidential re-election and inauguration, that will take place on the steps of the United States Capitol building on Monday. January 21.
