Three's company too with '3nder'

A relatively new app is on a mission to prove three's company too.

Dubbed the "Tinder of threesomes," London-based startup 3nder (pronounced Thrinder) has recently raised $500,000 in seed capital from angel investors, reports the New York Post.

The app allows users to "date kinky, curious and openminded singles and couples" and feel comfortable in exploring beyond the constraints of monogamy.

Since 3nder’s mid-2014 launch, nearly 1 million users have downloaded the iOS app in search of freaky hookups, whether “straight, bisexual, gay, poly- or pansexual,” according to its founder and CEO Dimo Trifonov.

Despite its gradual success, some swingers caution that the app's requirement to log in, which is intended to verify identities.

"People were saying, ‘I can’t log in with Facebook — I’m gonna lose my job,’ ” according to Trifonov. “But people between 18 and 34 are not so affected by imaginary moral values.”

The 25-year-old tech founder says he got the idea for 3nder when his longtime girlfriend confessed that she had an attraction to a woman.

It's not for everybody, but who knows. Would you give it try, ladies?
