Beyoncé, LeBron James, Dr. Dre, Oprah and More Top Forbes' 2014 Celebrity 100

The annual list celebrates the best (and the richest) in the world of entertainment

Queen B is once again proving why she wears the crown.

On Monday, Forbes released its annual Celebrity 100 list with Beyoncé Knowles ($115 million) taking the top spot after quite a busy year. It all started with the Mrs. Carter World Tour, which brought in an average of $2.4 million per city, and was followed up with her surprise self-titled album in December. The business magazine also noted the singer's endorsements with Pepsi and H&M, as well as her line of fragrances and clothing company House of Deréon.

LeBron James
($72 million), Dr. Dre ($620 million), Oprah Winfrey ($82 million) and Ellen DeGeneres ($70 million) round out the top five of celebrities who made major bank and dominated headlines in the last year.

' annual Celebrity 100 list is compiled by ranking the top stars in the worlds of television, film, music, sports, books and modeling based on money and fame. From June 2013 to June 2014, celebrities were assessed by their earnings (music sales, upfront pay on movies, endorsement work, etc.) and fame (publicity in print, TV, radio, Twiter, etc.) while being ranked by an algorithm.
