The annual list crowns the female power players in the biz

Congratulations are in order for BET CEO Debra Lee who has taken a spot on The Hollywood Reporter's 2013 Women in Entertainment Power 100!

Coming in at No. 24, this head honcho deserves a pat on the back for the wildly successful Real Husbands of Hollywood and The Game, the No. 1 and 2 sitcoms on all of cable among adults 18-49. The network hit a four-year high with an audience of more than seven million for this year's BET Awards, while the Being Mary Jane premiere brought in five million viewers and Soul Train Awards 2013 recorded more than four million viewers.

Oprah Winfrey (No. 8 - Oprah Winfrey Network), Vanessa Morrison (No. 29 - Fox Animation Studios), Shonda Rhimes (No. 41 - Grey's Anatomy, Scandal), Cheryl Boone Issacs (No. 63 - president Of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences), Nina Shaw (No. 74 - Del Shaw Moonves Tanaka Finkelstein & Lezcano), Lorrie Bartlett (No. 93 - ICM Partners) and Ethiopia Habtemariam (No. 99 - Universal/Motown) also hold it down for the brown girls.

The annual list's supplemental breakfast took place on Wednesday (Dec. 11) at the Beverly Hills Hotel with attendees that included Lee Daniels, Gayle King, Maria Shriver, Jane Fonda, Kim Kardashian and others. Winfrey was presented with the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award for her undeniable influence.

Good news, indeed.
