Rocawear Hit With Lawsuit

JAY Z isn't feeling the love from a New Jersey-based company that claims he lifted their trademark for his Rocawear clothing line.

HoodLove, LLC-- a for-profit company that aims to improve the conditions of impoverished communities-- filed a lawsuit against ROC Apparel Group earlier this month, pointing the finger at a specific t-shirt in the collection that reads: "HOOD LOVE I'M BIGGING UP My Borough."

The company says it's owned the trademark since 2006 and Rocawear's "unauthorized use of the Infringing Apparel is likely to cause confusion" and "deceive customers."

Hoodlove is suing for all profits from the shirts and have asked for immediate removal from store shelves.
