Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant is the latest pro athlete to join the team over at Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports, only strengthening the already impressive roster.
The 24-year-old All-Star has become the first NBA player to join the sports agency since its inception this past April. Just last week, the multi-million dollar rapper was certified as a representative by the NBA players association.
On Monday, Durant revealed the new deal via social media with a photo captioned, "Grateful for this opportunity with RocNation Sports. [It's] go time. Jay-Z added, "He has a 90.5% free throw shooting rate, the youngest player in NBA history to join the 50-40-90 club, a giving individual, and a legend in the making, what more can I say?"
Of course, the "50-40-90 club" Jay-Z was referring to notes Durant's shooting percentage from the floor, three-pointers and free throws.
Since its founding, the agency has nabbed New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith, the WNBA's No. 3 overall draft pick Skylar Diggins and Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano.
