Tyrese and Rev. Run's new book Manology has been out only one day, and it's already garnering a serious amount of buzz and praise from a slew of celebrities men, women and couples. It has often been said that it takes a man to raise a man. With Manology, Tyrese and Rev. Run are proving another point; it takes men to tell women the truth about men." said spiritual adviser and author Iyanla Vanzant. And indeed they do just the two best friends do that, bringing two different perspectives: One of a married man with six kids, and another of a single father who's hesitant to settle down. And while the Rev says marriage is forever, Tyrese feels that one can bail when the sex goes down hill. But who's right? This book explores that debate.

According to the unlikely duo, the book is a "guide to regaining your relationship confidence and weeding out the cheaters, MANipulators, and pimps from the good men." It also serves a comprehensive breakdown to understand the reason behind their actions---no matter how painful or distressing.

So is the book couples friendly? Apparently it is according to power couple, Carmelo and La La Anthony: This is not an ordinary book. The relationship insight on these pages can't be compared to anything out there. It is a true masterpiece.

Centric is helping both authors celebrate the release with the Manology Book Tour, which kicks off in New York City on February 5, making stops in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Dallas.

The book is available now on Amazon.com
