After years of writing some of R&B's most beloved love songs, Keith Sweat is putting his penchant for writing into book form with the release of, Make It Last Forever: The Do's and Don'ts, a comprehensive relationship guide that will provide couples with a framework for success.

"Since I've written a lot of love songs, and a lot of people listen to my music, it made sense," said Sweat to TheRoot.com. "Many of the songs are based on relationships that I have experienced. I've done a lot of "do's" and "don'ts" in my life, so I figured a book would be a natural progression. Writing a relationship book fits into the framework of what I have done in my career in music."

Make It Last Forever: The Do's and Don'ts is available in book stores now.

From Steve Harvey to Tyrese and Rev. Run, a wave of celebrity men are now giving relationship advice. Is it a welcomed trend or has it gone too far?
