The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, who's currently serving eight years in prison for money laundering, has launched a new workout program called Nida Fitness 4% which he hopes will motivate people to work out.
The program encourages participants to dedicate one hour-- or roughly four percent-- of their day to fitness to obtain a healthier lifestyle. Nida's website is also selling waterproof USB wristbands ($6.99 - $9.99) with the business' tagline written on them.
The promotional video pitches to the on-the-go individual who always has an excuse to not work out. Fortunately, Nida's got you covered.
