The project aims to shine a light on breast cancer awareness and prevention, as well as domestic violence

112's Q Parker is certainly easy on the eyes as he poses for his 4th annual fitness calendar which not only tempts the mind, but also shines a light on breast cancer awareness and prevention, as well as domestic violence.

The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter has enlisted the help of photographer Allen Cooley-- who's shot with Morris Chestnut, Brandy, Laila Ali, Kevin Hart and others--- for a 12-month spread that centers on the theme of "Best Of The Best."

“My fitness calendar is such a passion of mine, because it gives me an vehicle to promote healthy living by making exercising, eating nutritious food, and making regular doctor’s checkups cool things to do,” Parker said in a statement.

“We have added a focus on shedding a much needed spotlight on the need to end domestic violence as part of our cause campaign for the 2014 calendar. I have family members that have been affected by breast cancer, and my cousin was murdered by her spouse, so both causes hit very close to home for me."

The calendar features brand new images as well as a few fan favorites from the previous three years. Parker hopes to push the dialogue of breast cancer awareness and prevention and domestic violence while pleasing his dedicated fan base.

In addition to flexing his super-toned muscles and touring, Parker recently wrapped his starring role in the musical stage production A Mother's Love, alongside Kandi Burruss, Eddie Levert and Shirley Murdock.

The calendar sells for $20, but can be purchased at a discounted rate at QParkerFitnessCalendar.com.
