The custody battle between Ludacris and Tamika Fuller is set to go one more round, as Fuller has filed a new lawsuit against the rapper, demanding that he be stripped of primary custody of their one-year-old daughter.

In court papers filed with the the Court of Appeals in Fulton County, Georgia on May 18, Fuller is demanding the appellate court overturn the original decision and award her the custody and child support she believes she's entitled.

The new filing comes just a few months after a judge awarded primary custody to Luda (born Christopher Bridges).
The custody battle over the pair's daughter Cai Bella, has now been going on for nearly a year.
