JoJo Covers Anita Baker's 'Caught Up In The Rapture' on #LoveJo Mixtape

You have to be a really bold singer to cover an Anita Baker song live, let alone record one. JoJo has done both.

After performing the veteran songstress' 1986 R&B classic tune "Caught Up In The Rapture" at a string of live performances, the 23-year-old singer has released a cover of the song on her new mixtape, #LoveJo. And despite what you might be thinking, she did her thing.

Produced by The Interns, JoJo manages to make bring a fresh perspective to the nearly 30-year-old song. Marked by a head bob-inducing beat, and her undeniably amazing voice, this tune is the perfect introduction of Baker's musical greatness to a new generation of music listeners.

While the cover is a highlight of her 4-track project, she also goes to church on "Glory"---good God this girl can sing.
