Isaiah Washington Calls For 24-Hour Boycott: ‘No Work, No School, No Shopping’

Actor proposes Sept. 26 as the day to boycott the system

Race relations and the issues with police brutality are as heated as ever, which is why actor Isaiah Washington is looking to take action against America’s very broken system.

“The 100” star recently posted to Facebook his plans to boycott in the aftermath of the Terence Crutcher shooting. Crutcher, an unarmed Black man, was shot and killed Sept. 16 after a run-in with police.

Washington first presented the idea of a boycott on Tuesday, stating:



By Wednesday, Washington said he had spoken with Madelon "Blue" McCullough from #Missing24 and was ready to put the plan in action.
