Earlier this week brought the return of Tamar Braxton to "The Real" after being sidelined for weeks due to a medical condition.
The 38-year-old singer and TV co-host returned to the daytime talker on Tuesday alongside Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon as the ladies discussed Braxton's health journey. In November, doctors discovered she had a pulmonary embolism, a condition in which blood clots block the flow of blood to the lungs.
A timeline of the events was discussed on the show:
While Braxton noted that her time on "Dancing With The Stars" put her in tip-top shape, her doctor explained that her participation in the competition likely put a strain on her health.
Luckily, Braxton is back to work with a new outlook on life and an appreciation for her health.
On Instagram, her co-hosts also expressed how grateful they were to have their friend at the Girl Chat table again.
