Moore says she faced 'gross negligence' with her old contractor

In her race to finish Moore Manor (and beat the construction of Sheree Whitfield's Chateau Sheree), Kenya Moore admits she's faced issues with her contractor that have set her back.

In an interview with Bravo, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star spoke of her troubles with fixing up the Atlanta residence, but assured fans that things were still going as planned.

"I am on track and was ahead of schedule until my contractor placed the steel beam in my house on the wrong wall in the wrong direction," Moore said. "I have heard of nightmares in construction, but that is certainly gross negligence.

She added, "My new contractors are working hard to get us back on track."

Moore made a bet with Whitfield to have her home finished first and estimated it would be done by Christmas.
