For those still speculating: Tia Mowry is not pregnant. The 37-year-old actress says she’s just a few pounds heavier and happy about it.
Mowry recently stopped by HuffPost Live to address pregnancy rumors that have been floating around since the summer. She made it clear that the weight gain was a result of her Cooking Channel series, “Tia Mowry at Home.”
"Guys, I am not pregnant, I am just happy," Mowry told HuffPost Live host Nancy Redd. ”I've gained these extra 10, 15 pounds because of my cooking show … Honey, I eat my food. I'm just enjoying life. When I want to drop the pounds, I will, but right now I'm happy with who I am.”

Mowry went on to discuss the pressure fans have put on her to lose the weight and how their comments on social media have been disappointing to read.
"It is a form of body-shaming, I will say that. It’s pretty unfortunate,” Mowry said. “The reason why I say that is because I think that we live in a society that is so obsessed with being perfect. It's almost like, what Beyoncé said . . . 'Perfection is like a disease' in one of her songs. Why can't we just be us, you know?”
Mowry added that our society would be better off if we just supported everyone for who they are and we couldn't agree more. Check out the entire discussion below.
