Sherri Shepherd will have to keep on keepin' on with her child support payments to ex-husband Lamar Sally.
A judge has denied the star's appeal to avoid the payments being made toward the former couple's son born via a surrogate. As it stands, she's on the hook for $4,100 per month until the child turns 13. She will then be ordered to pay $4,600 per month.
Shepherd has been fighting the case for more than a year, arguing that she was tricked into having the baby with Sally before their marriage went south. She believes he was in it for the child support payments.
But Sally claimed Shepherd was fully on board to care for the child and paid for most of the process.
In the end, Shepherd was named legal mother of the child and she'll just have to deal with the financial responsibility.
