Can't say we didn't see this coming.
The feds will soon be knocking on Kandi Burruss' door to seize Apollo Nida's belongings that are being stored in her home. Now, how are they certain she has the goods, you ask?
On a recent episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Burruss told Phaedra Parks that Nida's things were at her house while he remains locked up in a Kentucky prison for check fraud and money laundering. Burruss said her husband Todd Tucker did it as a favor.
Nida is currently on the hook for $1.9 million in restitution and the government is looking to claim that amount in any way possible. They are on the hunt for his 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV, which we now know are safe and sound with Burruss.
According to TMZ, the feds obtained a court order just two days after the episode aired and have permission to seize the property from Burruss' home.
