SHE is headed home.
Tamar Braxton has been discharged from the hospital just one week after learning she had a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot that blocks the flow of blood to the lung artery. The diagnosis forced Braxton to drop out of "Dancing With The Stars" and cancel her remaining tour dates with singer Kem.
The 38-year-old star seemed to be back to her old self, posting the following video on Instagram:
But things aren't all better for Braxton just yet.
While out and about in Los Angeles with husband Vince Herbert, Braxton told TMZ she wasn't at 100 percent, but was happy to be out the hospital. Herbert said he just wanted his wife to be healthy.
