Bill Cosby is fighting off yet another defamation lawsuit from a woman who claims the comedian drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1965 and later branded her as a liar.
According to court documents, Kristina Ruehli says she was working as a secretary at a talent agency in 1965 when Cosby invited her to his home for a party. She claims the house was nearly empty when she arrived, but she stayed for drinks with the star.
Ruehli says she passed out after Cosby gave her two drinks. When she regained consciousness, she alleges she woke up naked in a bed and Cosby had his penis in her face.
During Cosby's 2005 lawsuit against Andrea Constand (the Temple University worker who accused Cosby of sexual assault), Ruehli came forward to support Constand's claims. Cosby's team has since called her allegations "unsubstantiated, fantastical stories."
It is unclear how much money Ruehli is asking for in her lawsuit. She is just one of several women suing Cosby for defamation, including former supermodel Janice Dickinson.
