Lamar Odom has once again scored a huge health win with sources saying the former NBA star is no longer in the Intensive Care Unit. According to PEOPLE, he remains hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Odom is still receiving dialysis and is said to be undergoing daily therapy sessions. An insider close to the situation says the athlete has regained some motor functions that were lost after a series of strokes.

"After therapy, he is able to take a few steps with help. He is doing very well and continues to be a fighter," the source said. "He hasn't given up once, and this will really help him in the future. He still has a long way to go."
Odom has been in the hospital since Oct. 13 after being found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel. Blood tests show Odom tested positive for cocaine and witnesses claim he also took several sexual-performance supplement pills.
As for the health of his kidneys which were once said to be failing, sources say the organs have drastically improved and he won’t need a transplant. Odom could reportedly be off six hours of daily dialysis very soon.
