New details are emerging concerning the final days leading up to Bobbi Kristina Brown's medical emergency, which later led to her death in July.
Danyela Bradley, who lived with Brown and her boyfriend Nick Gordon, sat for a deposition on Sept. 24 in relation to a car accident Brown was involved in back in January. The incident occurred just days before Brown, the only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found unconscious in a bathtub in her Atlanta-area home on Jan. 31.
In the deposition, Bradley said she believed Brown "smoked marijuana, she probably smoked crack often, and also did heroin" in the days before she was found unconscious. She went on to state that while Brown smoked crack or used heroin "very, very few times" in her presence, Bradley witnessed Brown smoking marijuana "two or three days out of the week."
"I would just visually see her physical being and I could just tell. She wouldn't have to tell me," Bradley said of Brown's illegal drug use.
Bradley was deposed as a result of a lawsuit filed by Russell Eckerman, the man also involved in the car accident. He named Brown as a defendant (through her estate), claiming she was speeding and tailgating his car before they collided. Eckerman also listed the Ford Motor Company in the suit, alleging the airbags and seatbelt of his Ford Taurus didn't deploy properly.
He is seeking $730,000 for his injuries and medical bills.
