Bill Cosby can't catch a break (although that tends to happen when you've been accused of drugging and/or sexually assaulting more than 50 women).
The embattled 78-year-old comedian is now being sued by Chloe Goins, the woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by the star while attending a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. Goins' accusations have triggered a criminal investigation which is currently being reviewed by the Los Angeles District Attorney's office.
Goins stepped forward with her allegations last December, but a lawsuit filed Tuesday paints a more sickening picture with explicit details. She claims Cosby gave her a drink, which made her "[feel] sick to her stomach and dizzy" and was escorted to a room where she blacked out.
"Ms. Goins awoke to find that her breasts were wet and sticky, as if someone had been licking them, and Bill Cosby was biting one of her toes as he crouched at the end of the bed," the lawsuit states.
The suit goes on to describe Cosby as a "serial rapist," made evident by his long list of accusers.
"[T]he nature of these activities establishes a history of a serial rapist that has been conducting these horrendous activities against women for over the last 40 years," the complaint adds.
Goins is asking for more than $75,000 in damages.
