Life after kids can certainly take a toll on your body. Just ask Countess Vaughn.
The 37-year-old actress noticed a change to her frame after birthing two babies and knew she had to take control of her weight. On her TV One reality series "Hollywood Divas," she underwent liposuction surgery and is proud to announce she's dropped from a size 16 to a size 10.
"I've always been honest about everything," Vaughn recently told PEOPLE. "I wanted to do a mommy makeover. I had done it after my oldest child. I really needed to just treat myself, and I'm happy about it!"
Vaughn said her key to speeding up the weight-loss process was getting into snacking.
"I watch what I eat, and I'm into snacking now. I used to just eat maybe once or twice [a day] – breakfast and then dinner, maybe skip lunch," she said. "But now I try to snack, have some nuts, have some yogurt."
Vaughn also said she's been cutting down on the fried chicken (a personal favorite) and incorporating more walking into her fitness program. Overall, she said she's in a happier place.
She added, "I feel better and I feel healthier."
