Keyshia Cole's family is back in the spotlight with the hopes of finding the identity of Elite Noel's biological father.
The sister of the R&B singer and their mother, Frankie Lons, are set to appear on the upcoming third season of "Lauren Lake's Paternity Court" as they plead their case and rely on DNA results to reveal the truth. Lons admits to living a reckless life before Noel was conceived, but is hell-bent on correcting her mistakes for the sake of her daughter.
"I could line up five men here. We're talking 30 years ago and that’s sad," an emotional Lons said during the proceedings. "[...] These tears are for none of these people, none of these men, they’re for her. Because no matter what, the test results will hurt, whether they are positive or negative. She still has to live with my mistakes and I’m here to correct it."
Lons and Noel previously tested one man on their BET reality series "Frankie & Neffe," but they're bringing forward two more men who they believe could be Noel's father. Lons says she hopes her troubles serve as a lesson to all women.
"If we are going to let this be a lesson for all the women around the world, please limit your sexual partners and then you won’t have to go through this," she said.
"Lauren Lake's Paternity Court" returns Sept. 21.
