Psychic Readers Network wants all profits from the ad campaign

"Call me now!"

That's what Psychic Readers Network is telling General Mills to do to hash out their dispute over the food company's unauthorized use of their "Miss Cleo" character. TMZ reports PRN owns the rights to the television psychic and is suing GM for using Cleo in their new French Toast Crunch commercials.

PRN claims it spent more than $100 million in advertising to sell Cleo to the masses and hasn't received a dime from GM for its use of the character.

PRN is seeking all profits from the ad campaign.
