Allegations are stacking up against Nick Gordon in the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown and he's refusing to take any measures to clear his name.
An attorney recently filed an amendment in the $40 million lawsuit against Gordon, in which he's accused of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and conversion. The update claims the 25-year-old was irate after a night of drugs and alcohol and gave Bobbi Kristina a "toxic cocktail" that rendered her unconscious.
The document alleges Gordon then dragged Bobbi Kristina into the bathroom and placed her face down in a tub filled with cold water. She was found unresponsive in the tub of her Atlanta-area home on Jan. 31.
A senior law enforcement source now tells the National Enquirer that Gordon confessed to an argument leading up to the tragic incident, but takes no responsibility in killing Bobbi Kristina.
"He admitted to their abuse of drugs and booze, and also said they fought and argued. But Nick swore up and down that in no way did he do something that led to her death. He said, 'I didn’t kill her!'" the source said.
Gordon is reportedly unwilling to take a polygraph test that could help or hurt his case, leaving authorities in the dark.
