While the Roswell Police Department and the Fulton County District Attorney's Office are said to be doing their own investigation into the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 22-year-old's family is also diving deeper into the case.
A report from Radar Online claims family members have questioned one of Bobbi Kristina's best friends about any knowledge she might have of the situation, including that of her boyfriend Max Lomas. He is currently a person of interest in the investigation, as he was at Bobbi Kristina's home on the day of her drowning.
From Radar Online:
"Bobbi Kristina’s family members allegedly lured one of her best friends, Danyela Bradley to the Atlanta hospice where the 22-year-old was resting. Although they had asked her there under the pretense of allowing her to say her goodbyes, according to Bradley’s sister, Lidiane Guedes, the family then refused to let her into the room. Instead, they proceeded to grill Bradley about what her boyfriend Max Lomas knew about the night that Bobbi Kristina was found.
'She didn’t even get a chance to see Krissi,' she told Radar."
Lomas could prove to be a big part of the puzzle and authorities are said to be applying pressure to get him to talk. Lomas is currently being prosecuted for two drug-related felonies (not connected to Bobbi Kristina), but is reportedly being offered a deal on the charges in exchange for any information on what went on the day of the drowning.
The criminal investigation into Bobbi Kristina's death is still pending and no charges have been filed.
