It seems Orlando Scandrick has had a change of heart about placing a restraining order on his former fiancée Draya Michele, as a judge has thrown out the request.
TMZ reports the Dallas Cowboys cornerback failed to show up to a court hearing on Tuesday to discuss an extension, so the judge tossed the protective order. Scandrick claimed Draya physically abused him on several occasions by blasting him with pepper spray and hitting him with household items.
The initial order instructed Draya to stay at least 100 yards away from Scandrick at all times and ordered that she move out of his home immediately.
Sources close to Draya claim the pair have once again reconciled. The couple first split in May, but announced their engagement just a month later. Scandrick then called off the engagement, calling it a "poor decision."
Neither Draya nor Scandrick have confirmed or denied their rumored reunion.
