The 'extended family member' who took the photo has reportedly been caught

An unauthorized photo of Bobbi Kristina Brown in hospice care is reportedly being shopped around to multiple magazines and websites by "an extended family member." And it seems Bobby Brown will stop at nothing to punish the culprit.

According to TMZ, the photo shows Bobbi Kristina lying in bed while a woman (reportedly a family member) is hovering over her. The person hawking the photo hasn't had any luck with a sale, but there's said to be interest.

TMZ briefly caught up with Bobby Brown to question him about the photo, to which he replied he was "looking to get justice" over the invasion of privacy.

Since the incident, it's been reported that Bobby Brown's family can no longer visit Bobbi Kristina because security guards believe one of them took the photo. Bobbi Kristina's estate reportedly put the ban in place and while they aren't naming names, they claim to have evidence to incriminate the Brown family member.

The ban (obviously) will not affect Bobby Brown.
