A judge sides with the ex-NBA star on Govan's attempt to file a restraining order

In yet another battle between feuding exes Gilbert Arenas and Gloria Govan, Arenas comes out the victor and avoids having a restraining order put in his name.

TMZ
reports Govan requested the order last week with claims that the ex-NBA star threatened her life. She alleged Arenas told her, "I want you dead or in jail or broke," which Arenas vehemently denied.

In the end, a judge ruled there wasn't enough evidence to support Govan's claims and her request for an emergency restraining order was denied.

Arenas celebrated the small win on social media, writing: "Another victory in court ... I'm not the one to keep score by ur 0-16."
