For one day, the Navy and Beyhive will have to put their differences aside to celebrate their Queens sharing a Vogue cover.
Rihanna and Beyoncé were photographed together at this year’s MET Gala in two very different looks—one rocking a white Stella McCartney crop top gown, the other in a sheer black Givenchy number. The photo is now the cover of Vogue’s 2014 Met Gala Special Edition issue.
The two music superstars pose in front of a rose-covered display, all smiles.
Beyoncé posted the photo, not the cover, this morning on Instagram after posting a string of pictures of her sister, Solange.
The rumor mill is buzzing that the "Drunk In Love" singer posted the picture of Rihanna to combat the speculations that Solange’s fight with Jay Z was over Hov’s plans to attend Rihanna’s MET Gala after-party alone.
From the Instagram pictures, it appears as if Bey is attempting to prove there is no riff between her and Rihanna (or Solange).
The two look great on the cover together! Vogue has been working its star power lately.
