Supermodel Chanel Iman shows off six different city looks for 'Cosmo' magazine

Supermodel Chanel Iman takes Cosmopolitan readers around the world with spring looks from six different cities in the magazine’s March issue.

The Victoria’s Secret angel stops by San Francisco in jeans, a varsity jacket and ankle boots. “Baseball is big in San Fran, so there’s a sporty feel with a big city twist,” she said.

For the 23-year-old’s hometown of L.A., she rocks a long floral dress with a purple skully and sunglasses. Of course it wouldn’t be L.A. if she didn’t have a latte cup in her hand. “I was raised in L.A. My whole family is there. It’s more relaxed and all about hats and sunglasses because it’s always sunny.”

In New York City she rocks a mustard leather shirt with a beige pencil skirt accessorized with a red handbag. This appears to be her uptown look. “In New York, you dress for your neighborhood. I’m a downtown chick — jeans and ripped-up tee shirt. When you’re uptown, it’s more proper and sophisticated.”

She gets a bit more sexy for Sydney, Australia in a cream thigh slit dress with pumps. “Sydney is trendy with a chill attitude. I wear a lot of jeans from Australian designer Ksubi.”

Iman’s London look is by far our favorite. The gorgeous model mixes patterns with a red and white polka dot blouse paired with a black and white striped skirt. “London is playful. You can go a little bit more funky. British style is about having fun.”

Last but not least, in Milan she’s showing skin in a form fitting dress. “When I go to Milan, I like to get sexier than I would elsewhere. After all, it’s home of Versace and Gucci.”
