Michelle Obama turned heads yesterday when she arrived hand in hand with President Obama at the Kennedy Center Honors reception in the White House. The FLOTUS stunned in an emerald green dress.
One of the reasons we love the First Lady’s fashion style is because she's open to experiment with unknown designers and turn their designs into a hot commodity. But last night she splurged. Mrs. Obama donned an emerald green Marchesa gown. She looked as gorgeous as any A-list Hollywood star on the red carpet.
The beauty of the gown is its draped bodice showing off her toned shoulders, arms and back. The frock was perfectly flowy. She topped the look off with matching green pumps and a simple diamond choker. Her bobbed cut was curled with perfect ringlets.
Mr. Obama looked handsome in his black tuxedo. However, Mrs. Obama stole the show. She looked gorgeous!
The Kennedy Center Honors is an award special honoring those whose accomplishments have reached the top of the music and artistic fields. Herbie Hancock and opera singer Martina Arroyo were amongst the honorees. The special will air on Dec. 29 on CBS.
