The 3 Best Fragrances Created by Black Female Celebs

Okay, okay. We’re not that naïve. We know that these celebrities probably didn’t create the fragrances they have their names on. But, we atleast hope they gave the final “yes” to the finished product because these scents are to die for.

For a sexy night out: Rihanna’s ROGUE:

It’s just amazing. The sexy scent exudes blends of Jasmine, Patchouli and plum, offering a soft fragrance that smells better as it wears off.

Top notes: Bergamot, Lemon Blossom and Pink Peppercorn.

Base: Sandlewood, Vanilla, Musk and Amber

For weekend fun with the girls: Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday:

Don’t let the bottle get you twisted (or scare you). This was probably one of Nicki’s better fragrances. While I don’t care much for the packaging, I have to give credit where credit is due. She did a pretty good job with Pink Friday.

Top notes: Exotic starfruit, boysenberry and mandarin.

Base: Vanilla and caramelized pears that co-exists with warm musk and woods.

For an appropriate interview scent: Halle Berry’s Closer:

Closer mixes a masculine feel with feminine appeal. The blend of flowers, woods and musk would be perfect for an interview, or any event where you want to have a signature scent that lingers in a balanced way.

Top notes: Wild raspberry, waterlily and Ozonic Accord

Base: Vanilla bean, mahogany wood and cashmere musk
