Beauty may be only skin deep, but having beautiful skin comes from within. Moving forward, all women should know that what you put in your body is a direct reflection of how your skin and hair will look. So, with that in mind, we thought it would be good to let you in on a few foods that you can eat to enhance your gorgeous glow.



Some may call this a not-so-usual fruit, but pomegranates are having their moment right now. Many people love them for their sweet bursting tastes. But did you know that pomegranates also have a surplus on antioxidants and even fight hard against free radicals? We didn’t think you did. Plus, there are so many ways to consume the. From drinking pomegranate juice to eating them raw to even applying it to your skin, you can be sure to get the best from this super fruit.



Kiwi has so much vitamin C it’s not funny. Vitamin C helps to stimulate collagen and keep your skin taught and firm. Need we say more?



One of the best veggies eaten raw or cooked, carrots can help you obtain that natural glow without even trying.

Yes, you read correctly. Out of all of the oils people are falling in love with, olive oil is seemingly the best one for your skin. 75 percent of the fat in olive oil is monosaturated fatty acids. Why is this important, you ask? These particular fatty acids aid in giving your skin and body a youthful boost, taking years off of anyone.



You’re probably having a “duh” moment right now. But let’s bet honest: how many of us actually take in the suggest amount of water each day? We’ll wait. In all seriousness, water hydrates (well, of course it does), plumps and helps even out your skin tone. Now, you have even more reason to get your 2 liters of water in everyday.
