Simple enough, no one wants to have dark spots all over their bodies. But the struggle is figuring out how to get rid of the blemishes on your body and really where they come from. For the most part, dark spots are caused by trauma to the skin and even dry skin that hasn’t been removed. Luckily, there are a few ways to help eliminate dark spots caused by these issues. Try the Lemon Juice Remedy
Roll the lemon on the counter for a few seconds. Then, cut the lemon in half. Apply a little pressure to the lemon to bring the juice to the surface and rub on the areas with dark spots. Let the lemon juice dry and then wash off with cold water. Do this twice a day, everyday until you start to see results.
Try exfoliating your skin with Buttermilk
Buttermilk has lactic acid in it that helps exfoliate the skin without leaving it dry. Some people even mix tomato juice and buttermilk together to enhance the remedy.
Try exfoliating with a loofah, everyday
While you may need to add an additional step to this routine (like the lemon juice technique), this will help you start removing the dead skin cells that create dark spots.
Try the sugar scrub technique
If you mix brown sugar and olive oil together, you can gently rub the mixture on your knees and elbows to help remove dead skin cells and reveal a lighter, healthier surface of skin.
